Questions Frequently Asked 

First aid for mental health Level 3 classroom based training - Minimum 16 years of age. All members of society are welcome, but must be able to read and write english. The qualification is awarded by FAA and regulated by OFQUAL
I haven't done any training before, will I be able to do it? - Yes! totally! You go as hard or as slow as you want. You go at your own pace. You cant compare yourself to anyone else as we are all different and have different levels of abilities! 
Do the instructors scream and shout at you? - No. We are not that type of boot camp. We will encourage you but in a respectful way. We are all on a journey with varying goals. We want you to fall in love with yourself again by getting fit and healthy and we want to do that so everybody does it with a smile! 
Can I have a room for myself? - Yes. this can be arranged but will be more expensive. 
Is there wifi? - Yes. Use will be limited to the evenings when you have free time. 
Can we bring our own food? - No. We provide everything and can cater for almost every requirement. We don't cater for dislikes, just allergies, religions, faiths. 
What type of food do you serve? - The food is freshly prepared by our chef, designed to fuel you on your fitness journey, it will be delicious and nutritional. Food is fuel, let us worry about the food you have! 
How do I get to the venue? - UK, we can arrange collection from the nearest train station, either Loughborough or Leicester. Great road networks to the venue, M1, M69, A46 all very close and we have plenty of parking spaces. Turkey, we organise Turkey side transfers. All subject to times and availability. 
How much weight will I lose? - That all depends on the effort YOU put in, but typically anywhere from 6lbs to 12lbs. 
How many people attend? - Uk retreats and boot camps no more than 16 people and Turkey no more than 20. We prefer small numbers for maximum client interaction and results. 
We have a private group, can you tailor the boot camp for us? - Yes. Our principles remain the same, we help people lose weight and get fit, so for example if its a wedding you are getting ready for we can certainly help! 
Can we come as a family? - Yes, we have family rooms, and as long as the participants are over 16 and supervised by you the activities can be done by everyone. 
What kit do I need? - We will send you a full kit list weeks prior to the camp. 
What is included? - All training. All food and drink. Accommodation. Transfers to and from Dalaman airport for the Turkey Boot camp/Retreat* Transport from local train stations in UK* (* subject to timings and/or availability)
