We all respond differently to how we meditate, eat and how we exercise. We can help you understand and recognise what works for you, and the other factors we have to take into account for you to get the best from your stay. Sleep, Stress and other things also have a serious effect on our health. We can help you.
The Midlands is blessed with wonderful countryside and one of our locations is a superb 7 bedroomed house and is home to our guests who are looking for a retreat. Set in a beautiful village location off a private road we are surrounded by nature. A few minutes from Bradgate country park, where we will be visiting during your stay and 5 minutes from our private gym, we have everything close by to really start you on your journey! We have family rooms, doubles, twins, something for everyone!
We also use accomodation in Derbyshire/Nottighamshire/Warwickshire, dependant on numbers and requirements at the time.
